2004 Event

Joined a band his friend Spencer Smith was starting. Originally brought in as a guitarist. During auditions, the other members heard him sing and moved him to lead vocals instead.

2005 Event

Panic! at the Disco's "I Write Sins Not Tragedies" exploded on the internet before the album even dropped. The band had a record deal based on demos posted to LiveJournal.

2018 Event

"High Hopes" became the band's biggest hit. By this point, Urie was the only remaining original member. Panic! at the Disco was essentially his solo project.

2023 Event

Announced he was disbanding Panic! at the Disco to focus on raising his first child. Nineteen years, one remaining member, and a final curtain.
